    Low Oil Pressure Alarm Device

Before the oil level drops to the cordon,the unit will shut down automatically,only after the oil is replenished,can it restart,which avoid the genset from damaging.

    New Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR)

Compared with the first-generation AVR,the second-generation one is superior to the last one in performance,which can reduced the voltage fluctuations to a lower limit and ensure the more stable output voltage.Meanwhile,the new AVR earns the function of overload protection.When capacitive overload happens or capacitive load exceeds 110%,AVR will cut off  the excitation.Although the genset is working,there is no voltage output,which is the overload protection.There will have voltage output when users reduce the load,shut down the genset and then restart it.If you do not reduce the load,the unit will continue in the condition of overload production with no voltage output or shutdown,which effectively protect the unit from overload damage.

    ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch)

Based on the enhancement of the ability product research and development as well as the improvement efforts,KaiXin achieves great innovation by bringing out the first and second generation automatic transfer switch diesel generating sets,the series of which has enhanced the original excellent functions and equipped with new(the third generation) intelligent panel and automatic transfer switch(ATS).Using the third generation ATS and monitoring the genset operation can strengthen the function of automatic protection.ATS monitors automatically the utility grid power.Once power outage appears,ATS will send the signal to the genset and start the automatic generation function.When the utility grid power is restored,ATS will shut down automatically and make you relieved.
